Born in Los Altos within the state of Jalisco where fruity notes in tequila arise, Tequila General Gorostieta’s agaves are carefully selected from fields between six and seven years of age. These agaves are then steamed cooked in stone ovens for 24 hours. Our carefully designed process produces a gold tequila that is a delicate blend, respecting and maintaining the qualities of a silver tequila yet enriched with the aromas and silkiness of aged tequila.
Tequila General Gorostieta is presented in an elegant soft-touch packaging with narrative inserts of the history and philosophy behind it. Additionally, this limited-production launch edition of just 5,000 bottles is hand signed by Master Distiller Romero Mena and is sequentially marked with serial numbers.
