Produced from 7–8 year fully mature blue Weber agave grown at Rancho El Estribo single estate in the Highlands (Los Altos), this high-proof blanco showcases the purest expression of agave terroir.
Bottled at 52% ABV (104 proof), it delivers intense flavor concentration without harsh alcohol heat — a hallmark of traditional slow-cooked agave and natural fermentation.

Palate
Full-bodied and intensely flavorful yet smooth. Deep buttery cooked agave sweetness dominates, followed by grapefruit, citrus zest, and spearmint. With time in the glass, layers of lemongrass and warm spice develop. Concentrated agave character without alcohol burn.
